Epic will give away 17 games for free in the an annual event celebrating Christmas - which begins today

Every year, the Epic Games Store gives away one free game every day through the new year.

This year's event is just beginning and it appears to be operating a bit differently at the very least for the first time. There is Destiny 2 Legacy Collection which is now live however, game 2 is not expected to be released until the 19th of December. The game will then get faster we believe, with a daily game until on January 4th.

It's not common to see Epic Game Store include the week before's game in its promotion. Epic Game Store to include the week before the game in the promotion, however it is also in conjunction with the Holiday Sale that has also begun today and will continue through the 10th of January.
